In Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Megumi does not make an appearance because the movie focuses on Yuta Okkotsu's story, which takes place before the main series and Megumi's introduction. Megumi's storyline begins in the main series when Yuji Itadori joins the Jujutsu Tech, so that's where you'll see all the magic (pun intended) happen!
Megumi is MIA in Jujutsu Kaisen 0 cuz it's all about Yuta. If you're lookin' for Megumi, better stick to the main series.
