Millie Perkins is one of the girlfriends you can date in GTA San Andreas. You'll first meet her during the 'Key to Her Heart' mission as part of the Las Venturas storyline. She lives in Prickle Pine, Las Venturas. You can find her home in the northeast of the city - just look for the house with the red marker in front of it when it's time for a date!
Did y'all forget she can end up dead if you annoy her enough? Not that I recommend it, but it's GTA... everything is possible.
