Mount Blair's towering over the Ash Heap region, hard to miss. If you're looking at your map, it's in the southwestern part. Lots of interesting (and dangerous) stuff around, so come prepared!

Just go southwest till you hit the big, ugly area full of mining sites. Can't miss it. Mount Blair's the king of the Ash Heap.

I got lost trying to find it once. Ended up circling half the map. Tip: Look for the giant excavator machine on your map, that's your landmark right there.
