It's southeast of the city, near the freeway. Great place for epic police chases and finding those hidden vehicles. Not to mention, a pretty good spot for some of the game's missions.

Honestly, just open your map and look for the place with more crates and barrels than trees. That's Murrieta Heights. Can't miss it.
