Are you logged into the correct account? Might be on the wrong profile and missing your unlocks.
Make sure you鈥檝e downloaded and installed the season pass content from the store! Sometimes it doesn't auto-download. Good luck!
Check if you have enough Fight Money. If not, you'll need more to unlock those characters!
