The NRG-500 can usually be found at the Import/Export docks in Easter Basin, San Fierro. It's inside one of the warehouses - just look for the big ship nearby. You can't miss it! Also, if you're feeling a bit adventurous, head over to the Las Venturas airport. There's one parked in the southeastern part of the airport, kinda hidden but definitely worth the search!

You're looking in the wrong spots. The real fun is finding the NRG-500 at the bike school after completing all the challenges. It鈥檚 like a reward but with more horsepower!
