Pilot school, officially known as the Verdant Meadows Airfield, is smack dab in the middle of the map near Las Venturas. You can't miss it once you've unlocked the desert areas. It's your one-stop shop for learning to fly and starting those high-flying missions!

All these years and people still can't find the pilot school? It's in the desert, folks. Verdant Meadows. Literally the big piece of land with a runway in the middle of nowhere.
