The Railroad in Fallout 4 can be a bit tricky to find if you don't know where to look. Head to the north part of the map and find the Old North Church in Boston. Once you're there, navigate through the catacombs inside the church, and you'll find a puzzle that leads you to the Railroad's secret headquarters. Just don't get lost!

Honestly, finding the Railroad feels like a wild goose chase. Ended up just stumbling upon them by accident while exploring. Best part of the game is its unpredictability, though!

just follow the Freedom Trail, signs are everywhere in Boston for it. The trail ends at the church where the Railroad HQ is. Easy.
