Honestly, just grab a helicopter and scout the quarry from above. Much easier to spot him and plan your approach without getting your hands dirty.
Ralph Ostrowski is chilling in the Davis Quartz quarry, guys. Just look for him in the large hole in the ground, pretty hard to miss once you're there. He's actually one of the first bail bond targets Trevor can hunt down. Just drive down to the quarry and the chase will start. Remember, alive brings more cash!
