Sorry to break it to ya, but Siren Head isn't actually in Fallout 4. Siren Head is a creature from the horror artist Trevor Henderson, not part of the Fallout universe. That being said, the post-apocalyptic vibe of Fallout 4 could easily fool someone into thinking they'd run into Siren Head around some dark corner of the Commonwealth!
