Well, I found Spider Town after I took down Buzz in Midday Gardens, and Sparx’s levels unlocked. Good luck!

Spider Town is in the second homeworld, Midday Gardens. Look for it in the Sparx bonus levels after beating Buzz!

You can find Spider Town in Midday Gardens, but it’s only accessible once you unlock Sparx's missions by defeating Buzz.
