In Splatoon 3, you can find your locker in the lobby area of the game. It's right by the entrance to the Battle Tower, just to the left when you walk in!

Splatoon lockers are like, totally imaginary in other versions but in Splatoon 3, they're in the lobby!

Your locker is basically your personal space in Splatoon 3's lobby. Take a left when you enter through the Battle Tower entrance.
