On Xbox, State of Decay 2 will be in the My games & apps section. Just open that, then see All games.
Check your Steam or Xbox app settings for the install location. It could vary if you've changed the default path.
If you're on PC, State of Decay 2 is usually in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\State of Decay 2 folder if you got it from Steam. If you used the Xbox app, check C:\Program Files\ModifiableWindowsApps\State of Decay 2.
