Head over to the Settings & Privacy menu, then click on 'Support Inbox'. It’s like a secret hideout but for your important Facebook stuff!
Just click on the help icon, it’s under ‘Support Inbox’. Easy peasy!
You can find your Support Inbox by clicking on the question mark (?) icon at the top right of Facebook, then selecting 'Support Inbox' from the dropdown menu.
Why not just search 'Support Inbox' in the Facebook search bar? Gets you there every time.
