Where is the alien in Fallout 4?
Just near the crashed UFO, east of Oberland Station. Go into the cave there, and you'll find the alien. Easy peasy, but bring a weapon!

The alien in Fallout 4 is not just wandering around waiting to be found. You gotta work a bit for it. First step is spotting a random event where you see a UFO zipping across the sky and crashing. Follow the smoke to the east of Oberland Station, and you'll find a crash site. Now, be prepared; the alien won't be happy to see you. Its hideout is in a cave nearby the crash site. Just follow the green blood trails, and you'll find your extraterrestrial friend. Bring your best gear; it's not exactly the welcoming type.
FYI, the alien encounter is a one-time deal. Make sure you're ready before you go poking around that cave. You won't get a second chance at that blaster!
Honestly, the alien blaster you get from finding the alien isn't worth the ammo hassle. Better off sticking to the good old-fashioned guns you can mod.
