Where is the alien in Fallout 4?
The alien is hidden in a small cave not too far from the crash site, east of Oberland Station. Super cool encounter but bring some firepower because it's not exactly a friendly meeting.

Honestly, finding the alien is more trouble than it's worth. It's cool for a quick screenshot but that's about it.
The alien in Fallout 4 is a bit of an Easter egg! You can find it by following a random encounter where you'll hear a spaceship whizzing by overhead and then crashing. This usually happens after you've spent a good amount of time wandering the Commonwealth. The crash site is east of Oberland Station, near a small burning area. There, you'll find the alien in a cave, just a short walk from the crash site. Be ready for a fight though, because he's not too happy about the crash landing!
Found the alien after hearing that weird crash sound and following the smoke. It's pretty awesome walking into that cave and seeing it for the first time. Makes you really appreciate the random encounters in the game!
