There's an Ammu-Nation in almost every major city in GTA San Andreas. But, the one I always hit up first is in Downtown Los Santos. Easy to find and has a good selection.

You need guns? Ammu-Nation's got you. Los Santos, San Fierro, Las Venturas...pick a city, you'll find one. The Downtown Los Santos location is my personal fav though - easy access and they pretty much got it all.
