Bluetooth isn't available on the Xbox Series S. You’ll need an adapter if you want Bluetooth capabilities.

The Xbox Series S doesn't come with built-in Bluetooth. For wireless headphones or other devices, you need to use the Xbox Wireless protocol or get an adapter.
