Carla's not the only game in town! Sometimes, you gotta catch Doc Weathers for that sweet, sweet medical supply or Lucas Miller for armor upgrades. They all have their routes, but like peeps have said, Sanctuary Hills is a hot spot for caravan action.
Just wait in Sanctuary. Sooner or later, everyone shows up there. It's like Grand Central for the Wasteland.
Honestly, I just stalk Trashcan Carla for all my needs. Probably not the only caravan out there, but definitely the most memorable one for me!
