The casino you're probably looking for in GTA San Andreas is The Four Dragons Casino, and you'll find it on the southern end of The Strip in Las Venturas. It's pretty hard to miss with all the bright lights and the unique architectural design that stands out.

caligulas palace! its like right there in the middle of the strip in las venturas, cant miss it.

You'll find the Casino in the southeast corner of Las Venturas. Look for the area modeled after Las Vegas, and you'll spot Caligula鈥檚 Palace. This is another major casino, not The Four Dragons, but definitely worth the visit for some high-stakes gaming action!
