The courser signal in Fallout 4? Ah, the joy of hunting Coursers. You'll first need to start the 'Hunter/Hunted' quest, then you'll get a Courser Signal on your Pip-Boy radio to help track that pesky Courser. Make sure you're ready for a fight once you find him in the Greenetech Genetics building.

You're basically playing hide and seek with a high-tech twist. Once you activate the quest 'Hunter/Hunted,' check your Pip-Boy radio for the Courser Signal. Follow it to the Greenetech Genetics building, but heads up, it's not exactly a walk in the park.

lol just follow the beeps, it鈥檚 not rocket science. You get the signal from your quests, then it leads you straight to the action at Greenetech Genetics. Good luck, you'll need it.
