Where is the crashed alien ship in Fallout 4?
It's near Oberland Station, just look for the green glow and follow the blood. But seriously, the alien blaster ammo is super rare, so use it wisely or you'll just have a cool looking paperweight.

Honestly, finding the alien ship is a waste of time. Ammo for the blaster is too rare. Better off looting for caps.

Follow the trail of greenish blood, and you'll find both the ship and, a bit further, the injured alien himself hiding in a cave.
