The Deep Range Transmitter in Fallout 4 is snugly located within the ArcJet Systems building. You'll snag it during the ‘Call to Arms’ quest while teaming up with Paladin Danse. Keep your eyes peeled and your wits about you; that place is crawling with synths!
You'll find the Deep Range Transmitter in the engine core room inside ArcJet Systems. Had to fight off what felt like a bazillion synths, but totally worth it for the sweet loot at the end!
