I found the dungeon while wandering near the Serene Lake. There's a suspicious looking cave entrance there. Be prepared for a tough fight!
The dungeon is located right under the Cliffs of Despair, look for a hidden entrance near the waterfall. You'll need sharp eyes to spot it!
