The first elf is hiding near the parking lot of the Observatory. It's a sneaky little elf, so look around carefully!
You can find the first Bloxburg elf under the big tree at Riverside Estate, near the Bloxburg River. Just follow the trail and keep your eyes peeled!
Tbh, I think the first elf changes every year. But most of the time, it's somewhere near the Bloxburg cave. Good luck!
