You can find the Frying Pan (a.k.a. Burnt Pan) in Hotland. It's on a ledge to the right just before the cooking show segment with Mettaton. Bring some climbing skills! ;)

The Frying Pan is located in Hotland! Look for it on the right side when you come across a jet stream puzzle. Easy to miss!
