No need to call the Ghostbusters yet! The ghost you're looking for can be found on Mount Gordo, between 23:00 and 0:00 in-game time. Just head to the east side of the mountain, and you'll see the apparition of Jolene Cranley-Evans, hovering over a rock with the word 'JOCK' written in blood. Creepy stuff, but a cool Easter egg!
Mount Gordo, but more importantly, is finding a ghost the best use of your time in GTA 5? I mean, there are heists to plan!
Just on Mount Gordo. Honestly, not as spooky as living in Los Santos itself.
