Just to throw in my two cents, don't expect the go-kart to be a game changer. It's fun for a spin around the block but kinda lacks the 'oomph' you get from a souped-up sports car. Fun for novelty, not so much for getaway drives!
Got it by pure chance behind the stadium in Los Santos after failing a mission. It's zippy and a blast for dodging through traffic. Plus, you feel like a racing champ... even if it's just on the sidewalks!
