There's no standalone hobby store in Sims FreePlay. Look in the Promotions R Us store for hobby-related items or in your Home Store tabs.

You won't find a specific 'Hobby Store' in Sims FreePlay, but various hobby items are scattered all over the town! Check the Promotions R Us store or the Home Store for specific hobby equipment.
