Oh, the impound lot in GTA 5? It's your second home if you're anything like me, constantly getting your ride snatched by the cops for, uh, 'borrowing' too many cars. Seriously though, you'll find it downtown, right next to the police station in Mission Row. Just look for a bunch of fenced-off areas on your map. That's where your beloved car waits for you... for a small fee, of course.
Actually, it's not just about finding it, it's about the adventure getting there and then trying to sneak out without attracting more attention. But yeah, it's near the Mission Row police station.
