For most Windows users, you'll find your GTA San Andreas installation directory at C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. However, if you installed the game through Steam, it might be under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. It really depends on where you decided to install it, but generally, you can start digging in the 'Program Files' or 'Program Files (x86)' folders. If all else fails, right-click your GTA San Andreas shortcut and hit 'Open file location'.
