I've found it in High Caves, near the back of the level. Just look around the Supercharge area, and it's there.

To find the locked chest in Magic Crafters, head to the High Caves area. Once there, get to the Supercharge ramp. Charge down the ramp, keep to the left, and you'll land right where the chest is!

You can find the chest in the Wizard Peak level of Magic Crafters. Use the Supercharge ramp to reach it. Happy charging!
