You can find your mailbox by opening your inventory, then pressing the right bumper (RB) on Xbox or R1 on PlayStation until you get to the 'Notifications' tab.

Seriously, just open your menu, go to Inventory, and there you鈥檒l see a tab labeled 'Mailbox'. Easy peasy.

Head to the Base of Operations at the White House. The mailbox is accessible through the menu there.
