I got the Glow skin by purchasing a Samsung Galaxy device. Just redeem it through the Galaxy Store and it should pop up in your locker!

You can't find the Glow skin anymore if you missed the Samsung promotion. It was exclusive to certain Samsung Galaxy devices.
