The National Guard Armory in Fallout 4 is tucked away in the east-central part of the map. It's part of the National Guard Training Yard, east of Lexington. Look out for the ghouls, though; they're not happy about visitors!

It's at the National Guard Training Yard, just follow the distress signals - easiest way to find it. But beware, it's kind of a tough spot with all the ghouls and turrets around.

Dude, it's simple. Go east from Lexington till you hit the National Guard Training Yard. Can't miss it unless you're actively trying to.
