Actually, you don't find it; you earn it. Become the overboss of Nuka-World, and that sweet, cherry-red armor is all yours. Technically, it's in the Nuka-World DLC, so make sure you have that first.

Nope, it鈥檚 not as complicated. Just head to the Nuka-World DLC, find Bradberton's office, and the armor will be close. You don't need to be the overboss or anything. Just explore and enjoy the ride!
