It’s in the same menu where you swap tiles. Tap the 'Tile Bag' icon, and you'll find the 'Pass' option there.

Look for the 'Tile Bag' icon at the bottom. That's where you'll find the pass button.

The pass button is hidden under the 'Tile Bag' icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. Just tap it, and you'll see the option to pass!
