Actually, I think the Pig Pen is overrated. Yeah, it's in East Los Santos, but there are better places to spend your in-game cash.

Found it by accident while running from the cops! It's in East Los Santos - the neon pig sign is a dead giveaway. Kinda became my go-to spot for laying low.
