The pilot school, also known as the Verdant Meadows Airfield, is in the desert area of Bone County, San Andreas. You can't miss it; it's the only runway in the middle of a whole lot of nothing! Just north of the Abandoned AC Tower, you'll find your future in aviation waiting for you. Make sure you've advanced enough in the game to access it, though!

It's in Bone County, look for a big airstrip in the desert after you complete the 'Learning to Fly' mission. That's your ticket to the skies in GTA.

Actually, finding the pilot school is overrated. Just cheat your way to a jetpack. Way more fun and instant travel!
