The quarry in GTA V, officially known as the Davis Quartz quarry, is located in the southeastern part of the map, near the Ron Alternates Wind Farm. If you're cruising down the Senora Freeway, you can't miss it. It's the place with a bunch of dirt tracks, huge piles of gravel, and machinery. Great spot for some off-road fun or if you're feeling adventurous, try not to fall off the edges!

It's east of the city, by the highway. Look for a big open area on the map.

Davis Quartz, to the east. It's a massive hole in the ground, can't miss it!

Honestly, why bother with the quarry? The action's all in the city. But if you must, it's east. Grab a vehicle that can handle rough terrain though.
