It's easy! Just go to the 'My Orders' section on the SHEIN app or website, find your order, and you'll see an option to print the return label.

SHEIN puts the return label in 'My Orders' after you start your return process. Click 'Return Item' and follow the steps!

Once you鈥檝e initiated the return process on SHEIN鈥檚 website or app, you can print the return label directly from your account under 'My Orders'. Look for the order you want to return and click 'Return Item'.

No return label? Don't panic! Log into your SHEIN account, head to 'My Orders,' and you'll find the return label option there once you start the return.

If you shop on SHEIN, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the credit for the SHEIN app, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
