The school in RoCitizens is located near the center of the town, right across from the hospital and close to the police station. Look for the big building with a sign that says 'School' on it!

Just head to the middle of town, it's across from the hospital. You can't miss it!

I think it's near the police station? Pretty sure you can find it if you look around that area.
