Just keep moving right, then up! You'll find it nestled among trees鈥攕uper easy if you avoid getting lost in the Lost Woods.
Follow the path east from the starting screen, find the forest, and the second dungeon will be right there in the trees. Easy peasy.
Head east from the starting point until you reach the forest. The dungeon is tucked away in the northeastern part of the map.
