The second Slime Key can usually be found after popping a big Gordo Slime! Try feeding a Pink Gordo near your ranch 30 veggies, or maybe it's the Tabby Gordo that likes 25 meat on top of that cliff near the Overgrowth. Happy hunting!
From first-hand experience, I can tell you it's behind the giant Honey Gordo in the Moss Blanket! Just feed it enough mint mangoes. Trust me, it's worth the trip!
