The secret compound you're hunting for in Fallout 4 is tucked away in the Covenant. You gotta find a sewer entrance behind a house in the northeast part of the town. Keep an eye out for it when you're sneaking around; it's kinda hidden but it’s there. Once you find the sewer, follow it down and you're in. Good luck, and watch out for those turrets!

Everyone's talking Covenant, but make sure you're prepped for a bit of a fight. That place isn't exactly a walk in the park. Got in there myself after a couple of tries; the story inside is pretty wild.

lol, just use your map, the compound is not that hard to find. It's behind Covenant. If you've done the quest with Honest Dan, you'll go right to it. Short and sweet answer for ya.
