You can find the Secret Kettle after beating all the main levels in Alterna. It's a bonus challenge waiting for you at the End of Alterna.

Just hunt down and beat all the Alterna levels first. Then, ta-da! Secret Kettle will appear.

It's hidden near the end of the main quest line in Alterna. After completing all levels there, the Secret Kettle will pop up.
