I've been playing Dungeon Quest for a while now, and trust me, the shop is easy to find. Just spawn in the lobby area and run towards the big purple crystals. You can use it to buy and upgrade your gear.
LOL, there's no physical shop. Just click the shopping cart on the main menu in the lobby!
As someone who's spent way too much time in Dungeon Quest, I can assure you the shop is in the main menu. Just hit the shopping cart icon in the bottom right when you're in the lobby.
