From personal experience, sail towards the Middle Town in the First Sea and then use the Sky Jump or a fruit ability to climb upwards. The Sky Islands are floating way above the ocean!

You can find the Sky Islands in Blox Fruits by heading to the Upper Skylands, located in the sky above the First Sea. Use a Sky Jump move or find a high place and look up!
