I've been playing for years, and there's no telescope in the park. Grab one from the store instead!
There isn't a telescope in the park in Sims FreePlay. However, you can buy one from the Promotions R Us store and place it in your Sim's yard!
Sorry to burst your bubble, but you gotta purchase the telescope from the store and place it in your own backyard.
