Ah, the elusive tow truck in GTA 5. You'll find one in the Los Santos Customs parking lot in the Harmony area across the Grand Senora Desert. It's usually parked there chilling, waiting for someone to take it on a joyride. Another spot is near the impound lot in Rancho. So, grab your map and happy hunting!

Dude, just go to the Los Santos Customs in Harmony. Tow truck's almost always there. No need to make it complicated.
